Refund and Cancellation Policy

Only damaged or defective items are replaced by us. You may contact us at our customer support email  support@zachbryanmerchofficial.com

As soon as your order arrives, we advise you to:

  • Examine the contents carefully for any physical flaws or shipping damage.
  • Check to make sure you received the right items.
    To receive a replacement, damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery date.
  • You can receive a product that differs slightly from the web mockup. The webpage mentions the product description and size chart. Before placing an order, please read it.

How to Package a Return

  1. Item returns must be received in original condition within 15 days; products that have been worn, cleaned, or otherwise altered will not be accepted.
    Kindly provide a note with your name, address, order ID number, and invoice with the return.
  2. We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. Within a predetermined number of days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
  3. Returned items that are used or have sizing issues are not accepted. We advise you to place a fresh order if the size you have chosen does not fit you after carefully selecting it.

 

*Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping costs are not refundable.
